ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SHARE CAPITAL REDUCTION - SUMMARY OF

15.12.2021 DECISION OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF ITS SHAREHOLDERS

COMPANY "GOURDOMICHALIS TOURISTIKI S.A."

Announced by the company "GOURDOMICHALIS TOURISTIKI S.A."

(hereinafter the "Company") that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of December 15

2021 decided to reduce the share capital of the Company by the amount of

One Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Eight Euros and five cents

(€ 186,848.05) and the consequent amendment of article 4 of its Articles of Association

Company on share capital.

After the above reduction, the share capital of the Company now amounts to the amount

of two million four hundred forty-seven thousand three hundred eighty Euros

(€ 2,447,380), divided into twenty-six thousand (26,000) shares, of nominal value

94.13 Euros each.
